Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Professional Exam Prep and the CPCM Exam Prep product. By purchasing, accessing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Educational Service

CPCM Exam Prep provides independent educational materials, practice questions, exam simulations, explanations, performance diagnostics, review tools, and study-planning resources for CPCM certification preparation.

Digital Access

Paid access is provided digitally for six months from activation. No physical product is shipped. Access is associated with the account used to purchase or activate the service.

Personal License

Access is licensed to the individual user for personal educational use only. Access may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or made available to another person.

Prohibited Uses

Users may not copy, reproduce, publish, scrape, systematically download, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the question bank, explanations, software, analytics, exports, or other proprietary platform content except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for maintaining control of their account and for activity conducted through it. Professional Exam Prep may suspend or revoke access where there is evidence of account sharing, misuse, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and other transaction-related matters in accordance with its buyer terms and applicable law.

Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund procedures, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the purchaser's jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the platform software, independently developed practice questions, explanations, organization, presentation, analytics, and original educational materials are proprietary to Professional Exam Prep or used under applicable rights. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

Independent Platform

Professional Exam Prep and CPCM Exam Prep are independent educational services. They are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by NCMA or any certification body. CPCM and NCMA names and marks belong to their respective owners. Practice questions provided through this platform are independently developed for educational purposes and are not official NCMA examination questions.

No Guarantee of Results

The platform is designed to support study and practice. Professional Exam Prep does not guarantee examination results, certification, employment, professional advancement, or any particular outcome.

Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, technical issues, security events, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Professional Exam Prep is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or professional losses arising from use of or reliance on educational content. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
